World War II: Two hundred seventy inhabitants of the Greek town of Kleisoura are executed by the Germans.

Kleisoura (Greek: Κλεισούρα, also Βλαχοκλεισούρα, Vlachokleisoúra; Aromanian: Clisura, Klisura or Vlahoclisura) is a traditionally Aromanian (Vlach) settlement and a former municipality in Kastoria regional unit, Macedonia, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform, it is part of the municipality of Kastoria, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 37.069 km2. Population 259 (2011).
