Peter Mogila, Moldavian metropolitan and saint (b. 1596)
Metropolitan Petro Mohyla (Romanian: Petru Movilă, Ukrainian: Петро Симеонович Могила, romanized: Petro Symeonovych Mohyla, Russian: Пётр Симеонович Могила, Polish: Piotr Mohyła; 21 December 1596 – 1 January [O.S. 22 December] 1647) was an influential Eastern Orthodox theologian and reformer of Moldavian origin, Metropolitan of Kyiv, Halych and All Rus' from 1633 until his death.
