Kathleen Erin Walsh (born October 13, 1967) is an American actress. She is best known for her role as Dr. Addison Montgomery on the ABC television dramas Grey's Anatomy (2005–2012, 2021) and Private Practice (2007–2013). She is also known for her roles as Rebecca Wright on the short-lived NBC sitcom Bad Judge (2014–2015), Olivia Baker on 13 Reasons Why (2017–2019), and The Handler on The Umbrella Academy (2019–present).
