Igor Nikolaevich Smirnov (Russian: И́горь Никола́евич Смирно́в, tr. Igorʹ Nikolayevich Smirnov; Romanian: Igor Nicolaevici Smirnov; born 23 October 1941) is a Transnistrian politician who served as the first president (1991–2011) of the internationally unrecognized Pridnestrovian Moldovan Republic.
