Roy Stewart , acteur et cascadeur jamaïcain-anglais (décédé en 2008)
Roy Stewart (15 mai 1925 - 27 octobre 2008) était un acteur britannique d'origine jamaïcaine. Il a commencé sa carrière comme cascadeur et a ensuite travaillé dans le cinéma et la télévision.
En 1954, il fonde le Roy Stewart's Gym à Powis Square, North Kensington, et dirige le club et restaurant caribéen The Globe, à Talbot Road jusqu'à sa mort. Stewart a joué Quarrel Junior dans le film de James Bond Vivre et laisser mourir (1973). D'autres apparitions au cinéma incluent Carry On Up the Jungle (1970), Leo the Last (1970), Games That Lovers Play (1971), Twins of Evil (1971), Lady Caroline Lamb (1972), Stand Up, Virgin Soldiers (1977) et Aventure arabe (1979). Il a également été actif à la télévision, avec des crédits tels que : Out of the Unknown, Adam Adamant Lives !, Doctor Who (dans les séries The Tomb of the Cybermen et Terror of the Autons), Doomwatch, Up Pompeii !, The Troubleshooters, Space : 1999 et moi, Claudius.
