Terence Edward Hall (nascido em 19 de março de 1959) é um músico inglês e vocalista do The Specials, e ex-Fun Boy Three, The Colourfield, Terry, Blair & Anouchka e Vegas. Ele lançou dois álbuns solo e também colaborou com muitos artistas, incluindo David A. Stewart, Bananarama, Lightning Seeds, Sinéad O'Connor, Stephen Duffy, Dub Pistols, Gorillaz, Damon Albarn, D12, Tricky, Junkie XL, Leila Arab, Lily Allen, Irmã de Shakespeare, Salada e Nouvelle Vague.
