Alexander Ludwig (born May 7, 1992) is a Canadian actor and singer known for his dynamic performances in film and television. He began his professional career as a child actor, gradually making a name for himself through impactful roles during his teenage years. Ludwig gained early recognition with his lead roles in fantasy-adventure films such as *The Seeker: The Dark Is Rising* (2007), where he portrayed the young hero Will Stanton, and *Race to Witch Mountain* (2009), in which he played a teenager with supernatural abilities alongside Dwayne Johnson.
His breakthrough came in 2012 with the blockbuster film *The Hunger Games*, where he portrayed Cato, a fierce and memorable tribute from District 2. The role showcased his physical intensity and acting prowess, earning him wider acclaim and solidifying his place in Hollywood’s young talent roster.
