Vasily Sleptsov, Russian author and activist (d. 1878)
Vasily Alekseyevich Sleptsov (Russian: Васи́лий Алексе́евич Слепцо́в), (July 31, 1836 – April 4, 1878), was a Russian writer, playwright, journalist and social reformer.
