Konstantinos Pallis, Greek general and politician, Minister Governor-General of Macedonia (d. 1941)
Konstantinos Pallis (Greek: Κωνσταντίνος Πάλλης; 1871–1941) was a staff officer of the Hellenic Army, who served as chief of staff of the Army of Asia Minor in 1920–22, and as Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff during the Greco-Italian War of 1940–41.
